I know that the top and pants are not that well matched... they are not actually the same outfit, but I could not be bothered trying to dress Hannah twice, and I have not made the top I am thinking of making to go with the cords.
In the first photo we have the headband I made to match the top that I made a couple of days back. As you can see, Hannah loves it. Or not. She did actually wear it for about 5 minutes earlier, but typically, when I have the camera out, she did not want it on.

The pants I made for her last night out of some purple cordaroy that I found in the scrap bin at spotlight. She did not have them on straight - it is not my sewing that is making them look off... lol... but when I fixed them she decided that she was not going to stay far enough back for me to have another attempt at a photo.
Being the lazy person that I am, I could not be bothered doing anything fancy, so they just have a straight elastic waist, but the top that I am thinking of matching with them will cover it anyway.
The pockets I originally had 2 rows of stitching, but when I had finished I found that the edges were not holding back enough, so I ran a third row around the edge... You can not really see it though.
In an attempt to make them look a little more snazzy I added a small "tag" on the leg, which is simply a bit of ribbon folded and sewn in the seam with a zigzag stitch over it so it did not look too plain.
Anyway, enough babble. I am finishing off a dress at the moment. So I will have more to show tomorrow!!
